We do apologize but cannot offer refunds on any of our products at this time.
We strive to offer the best quality and customer experience possible. We also understand taste preferences can vary.
We encourage you to try at a store, if possible. We also encourage new customers to purchase the sampler pack with another party to share in the tasting. Food experiences are usually better with a friend!
We are not for everyone. However, most people do enjoy our products and are very happy with the taste, texture and flavor. Our products are not as sweet as conventional products and may not seem sweet at all if you are used to conventional baked goods.

Damages and issues
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and want you to be happy when you engage with Treasured Earth Foods.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our food products can be warm for a few days and may arrive warm. Please put your food items in the freezer to cool them down. We recommend storing our food products in the freezer to extend the shelf life.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
