All of our products go from freezer, to counter, to freezer again without loss of quality or freshness. We recommend storing the cookies in the freezer until ready to eat so they last the longest for you. If you put them in the fridge or on the counter they'll last about 4 weeks. Our cookies don't get moldy, they just get a little stale after about a month unless kept frozen.
To ensure the best quality and freshness, we only ship Monday - Tuesday.
